Your Water. Our Responsibility. MSWD Releases 2024 Quality Report

MSWD is pleased to announce the release of the 2024 annual water quality report. All community water systems in the U.S. are required by the Safe Drinking Water Act to produce and distribute an annual water quality report, also called a Consumer Confidence Report. These reports are available for customer review by July each year. 

MSWD’s Water Production Team tests water daily, and as many as 5,500 tests/analyses are performed each year. This report provides customers with a comprehensive overview of the data collected throughout the previous year. 

“Not only do we meet and exceed the state regulations, but we are also proud to serve some of the best-tasting, award-winning drinking water in the world,” said Marion Champion MSWD assistant general manager. “We have won 11 medals at the Annual Berkeley Springs International Water Tasting Competition, including our most recent bronze medal earlier this year.”
