Walmart is ushering in a healthier 2024 by hosting its first Wellness Day this Saturday, January 20. From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., residents in the Desert Area and nationwide are invited to participate in this health-focused event at nearly 4,600 Walmart pharmacies.

Free Screenings and Affordable Immunizations

At the core of Wellness Day are free health screenings, including glucose, cholesterol, BMI, and blood pressure checks. Additionally, Walmart offers affordable immunizations for various diseases such as flu, COVID-19, HPV, mumps, measles, tetanus, hepatitis, and more. These services empower communities to take charge of their health as the new year begins.

Special Appearance by Kevin Hart

Adding to the excitement, Kevin Hart, the acclaimed actor, comedian, and entrepreneur, will visit a Walmart store in the Los Angeles area. Hart's commitment to wellness, evidenced through his VitaHustle nutrition brand available at Walmart, aligns perfectly with the event's aim to promote health and well-being.
