BOMB ATTACK AT BUS STATION
Two people were killed and 18 others injured in bomb attacks at a bus stop and an intersection in Jerusalem on Wednesday!
One of the victims suffered life-threatening injuries, and a second suffered serious injuries, the Israel Emergency Medical Service said. Paramedics attended to the injured at the scene. According to police, the explosion occurred near the Central Bus Station, only about a kilometer and a half from the Israeli Parliament.
Initially, authorities said a 16-year-old was killed in the attack. But on Saturday, there was the sad certainty: another man died of his severe injuries in the hospital.
According to the police, the bomb was hidden in a bag. But, according to " Jerusalem Post," shortly after, there was a second explosion in a bus at an intersection. There, two people are said to have been slightly injured. Also, eyewitnesses claim to have seen a bag leaning against a wall.
It is still unclear who is behind the bombings. However, the police assume that they are connected. Yet, even days later, no one claimed responsibility for the terrorist act.
