The Rolling Stones are set to announce the band's new album, Hackney Diamonds, on Wednesday, Sept. 6. In anticipation of the release, the British band has released a clip of the first single titled "Don't Get Angry With Me" on a dedicated website.
The new album will mark the first full-length album of original material from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame troupe since 2005's A Bigger Bang.
Although few details are available about Hackney Diamonds, although the album will reportedly feature guest turns from both living Beatles (Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr), as well as former Stones members Bill Wyman (bass) and Mick Taylor (guitar). The Stones' beloved drummer Charlie Watts - who passed away in 2021 - will also be heard on the album. According to a new article about the disc on Wikipedia, Elton John may be on the album as well.
