Palm Springs Glows with Filipino Pride at the 2025 Coachella Valley Filipino Festival
Palm Springs, CA — Get ready for a feast of color, flavor, and rhythm in the heart of the desert! The Coachella Valley Filipino Festival (CVFF) returns Saturday, November 15, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, taking center stage at Palm Springs Downtown Park—right beside the iconic Forever Marilyn statue. Admission is free, and everyone is invited to join a day overflowing with Filipino culture, community, and creativity.

After drawing thousands to its debut at the Palm Springs Cultural Center in 2023, the CVFF is back and bigger than ever. “We’re so excited to bring this celebration back after the success of our 2023 event,” said Festival Organizer Michael Milan. “It was truly special to see generations come together in shared cultural pride. This year, we’re turning up the energy in the very heart of Palm Springs.”

Over 50 vendors will transform Downtown Park into a kaleidoscope of Filipino life — sizzling food stalls, handcrafted goods, and dazzling art displays that capture the warmth of the islands. Food lovers can indulge in adobo simmering in soy and garlic, crispy lechon straight off the spit, and golden lumpia that crunch with every bite. For the adventurous palate, modern delights like ube donuts, halo-halo sundaes, and calamansi mocktails await.

On the main stage, the entertainment lineup celebrates the full spectrum of Filipino artistry: from the electrifying beats of Gingee and the traditional rhythms of Pakaraguian Kulintang Ensemble to the avant-garde moves of Ancestral Vision Movement and the glamorous spectacle of the Ubae Drag Brunch cast. Palm Springs favorite Manny the Movie Guy will add his signature sparkle, while Pamana Kali presents breathtaking Filipino martial arts demonstrations. House of Musa, the globally acclaimed sustainable fashion and advocacy brand, will turn heads with a fashion showcase fusing traditional design and high style.

A second stage, 5548FM, located beside the beer garden, will deliver a wave of FilAm sound curated by Rhythm and Brunch, featuring DJs spinning everything from R&B to Manila soul. Then, as the sun sets, the legendary LA-based DJ collective Manila Sound will take over, blending Original Pilipino Music (OPM) and disco for a star-studded desert dance party.

Beyond the beats and bites, the festival deepens its roots in culture and history. Visitors can step inside a fully restored 1964 Sarao Jeepney, participate in interactive workshops, and explore exhibits on Filipino labor history in the Coachella Valley. A special community input station will invite guests to share their stories and ideas for the upcoming Filipino American mural project—a lasting tribute to the community’s presence and pride.
