DLNews Crime:
On Friday, Francisco Oropeza (38) shot five neighbors in Cleveland (US state of Texas) because they had complained about his shooting in the garden ...
On Tuesday, the police were able to announce his arrest
More than 250 police officers were searching for the Mexican and could finally arrest him on Tuesday: Oropeza had been hiding under a pile of laundry in the closet of a house about 20 Miles from the crime scene.
Francisco Oropeza was holding target practice in his front yard late that evening, reportedly drunk. According to investigators, when a neighbor complained because a baby couldn't fall asleep over the noise, Oropeza snapped.
One of the neighbors reportedly filmed the man walking toward the house with an assault rifle. Wilson Garcia, who survived the incident, says his wife Sonia Guzman, 25, confronted Oropeza because she believed he would not shoot a woman. However, she was the first victim. He then shot her son Daniel (9), who had rushed to her aid.
The three others killed were Diana Velazquez (21), Julisa Molina (31), and Jose Jonathan Casarez (18). They all come from Honduras.
Particularly bitter: according to the police, Velazquez and Molina had thrown themselves on their three children to protect them from the bullets. They were found unharmed but covered in blood by the officers.

The Mexican is known to the police. At least once officers had to go out because he had shot around in his garden. Immigration officials also say Francisco Oporeza has been deported four times in the past 14 years.
