He shot around in a bank building: A man killed at least four people in downtown Louisville (US state of Kentucky) on Easter Monday. Eight others were injured, including two police officers.
Police arrived at the scene with a large contingent of officers.
The gunman was also dead, the city's deputy police chief, Paul Humphrey, said at a news conference. There is no further danger. "The exact circumstances of his death are unknown to us."
Fact: The attacker engaged in a shootout with police officers who rushed to the scene. It is unclear whether he killed himself or died from a police bullet.

Later, the politician said two of his friends were killed in the killing. "I have a very close friend who didn't make it today. And I have another close friend who also didn't make it," Beshear, who was fighting tears, said.
