With a superlative southern party, Jennifer Lopez (53, in "Ralph Lauren") and Ben Affleck (50, in a tuxedo) said YES on Saturday. Dress code: White for everyone!

After their Vegas wedding a month ago, they renewed their vows in front of family and friends (including Matt Damon, who arrived by private jet) at Affleck's $10 million estate in Georgia.

It is HIM's second marriage; SHE's fourth. Ben's daughter Seraphina, 13, and JLo's daughter Emme, 14, wore the singer's XL train. The other kids also followed "Bennifer" as they beamed across the white carpet of the outdoor ceremony.

Movie ready! Twenty years after their first attempt at love, "Bennifer" seal their marital bliss with a kiss. The moment of shock the day before: Affleck's mother, Christine (79), had injured her leg in a fall and was treated in the hospital.
