PS Underground
PS Underground is a one-of-a-kind experience with culinary delights, live entertainment and free-flowing drinks. This gastronomic was Founded in 2012 by husband-and-wife team David Horgen and Michael Fietsam; the restaurant is a "culinary adventure space" that combines food and drink with entertainment. Diners attend a series of "Wanderings," which take place in warehouses, art galleries, parks, shuttered restaurants, and private homes. A recent dinner at PS Underground, located on South Palm Springs Drive next to Koffi South, began with sugar snap pea soup topped with lemon cream. This was followed by oven-poached opah (moonfish) and mashed potatoes. The meal was finished off with a lemon and squid ink beurre blanc. The Gand Band then entertained guests.
TRIO Restaurant + Bar
Trio Restaurant + Bar has a long history of prioritizing good food and happy guests. Now, original owner Tony Marchese has teamed up with operations manager Chris McElroy and executive chef Phillip Martin to elevate the Uptown Design District spot. It's a lively, modern spot serving solid American fare and specialty cocktails. Expect appetizers like fried stuffed olives, Korean fried cauliflower, and crab risotto fritters. TRIO also has an extensive wine list with a wide selection of wines worldwide. Try the Coachella Valley Breakfast Bowl with sweet potato, brussels sprouts, quinoa, spinach, bell peppers, ranchero sauce and poached eggs for brunch. Morgan's in the Desert
Located in the La Quinta Resort, Morgan's in the Desert is the oldest restaurant in Palm Springs area and is still a favorite among celebrities.
