Dining at the Cafe One Eleven brings breakfast to a new level, with specialties from Classic Chilaquiles (housemade tortilla chips, avocado, and cilantro centered around two fresh farm eggs, “any style” to Short Rib Benedict (made en Casa Short Rib Birria) accentuated with two poached eggs. Executive Chef Julian Gonzales Cruz has further enhanced the menu from breakfast classics such as Cinnamon roll French Toast and three delectable blueberry pancakes. You can even create your own breakfast with sides from breakfast potatoes and Applewood Smoked Bacon to refried beans and Mexican rice. If you’re in a creative state of mind, “Build Your Own Omelet” with up to four toppings of your choice, from the jalapeno and red bell pepper to spinach and onion. A dramatic breakfast at Cafe One Eleven will make you forget those complicated buffets which are notably and necessarily absent from the casino dining scene in the era of Covid-19.
The dramatic decor of Cafe One Eleven complements the breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu perfectly. The interior decor is well planned, with generous spacing between tables and subdued lighting. It makes it relatively quiet compared to some casino restaurants where you need a bullhorn to hear someone across the table from you. The spacious dining room is accentuated in pleasing shades of brown and bronze.
The Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City, the “newest gem in the Agua Caliente Casino’s Crown,” has introduced 30,000 square feet of gaming, including 530 slot machines and eight table games, all enhanced by a 12,000 square foot outdoor Pavilion designed to host live entertainment, special events, and community gatherings. The majestic views of the desert landscape reveal rugged mountain peaks and picturesque palm trees accentuated by spectacular sunsets. You would never know you are adjacent to Highway 111’s traffic lights and nonstop traffic. The desert’s newest casino has transformed this once dreary corner of Cathedral City into a stunning destination for tourists as well as our entire community.
