Behind the scenes, however, the shreds are flying, and employees are now complaining. The Democrat regularly freaks out in meetings with his staff in the Oval Office. F-words rain down on the insults.
The round of verbal abuse ranges from:

"Get the fuck out of here!"

Because of the feared temper in the White House, advisers try to avoid solo meetings with the supreme commander. Whenever possible, they take colleagues with them. As a sort of "shield" so that you don't have to go through the insults that can happen at any time alone.
An outburst of anger against his former “Covid Czar” Jeff Zients (56) at the end of 2021 is said to have been particularly blatant: When the person responsible for the epidemic had to admit during the “Omicron” wave of infections that there were not enough test kits, the walls shook.
Biden's irascibility does not hit those around him by accident or moodiness but swells when he asks employees whether they understand questions or facts correctly. And for many, it is even a ritual of trust. A helper: "If he's not yelling at you, it could be a sign he doesn't respect you!" Biden abhors "cumbersome briefings peppered with acronyms," according to the report. He would instead be briefed outside Washington's political circles like a close family member.
Some employees would even like Biden to display this internally demonstrated "fire" more often in public. But he prefers to rely on his "uncle" image. Sometimes, however, his temper breaks through in the crowd: Over an open mic was once captured when he insulted "Fox News" reporter Peter Doocy (35) as a "stupid son of a bitch."
Biden is one of many U.S. presidents to burst a collar regularly. The outbursts of their predecessor Donald Trump (77), were also legendary. And Bill Clinton (76) is said to have raged the worst: His outbursts of rage were described as "volcanic" ...
