Christmas is no longer just about fir trees. For a few years now, bearded people have been showing on the Internet how they can festively dye their facial hair and embellish it with Christmas tree decorations.

Joel Strasser has now taken the trend to the (Christmas tree) point. The American stuck 710 small balls in his beard and thus ended up in the Guinness Book of Records.

Strasser relies on the right technology.

Again, I have to say. Because the man from Kuna (US state of Idaho) is a record hunter, increasing his record from 302 balls in 2019 to 542 (2020). The following year it was 686 before he hung another 24 Christmas tree baubles on time for this year's festival.

Strasser explains his success with "advanced technology." At first, he hung the balls arbitrarily in his beard. In the meantime, he is strategically approaching the colorful dangling.

Jewelry weighs more than 4.5 lb

Crazy: The beard jewelry weighs a total of more than 4.5 pounds. Joel Strasser commented on Instagram: "It was the most painful and annoying record I've ever set." It took two and a half hours to fry the balls in the beard – and another to hang them back down.

Strasser is driven and puts pretty much everything he can get his hands on in his beard. Any examples? Among other things, the dude holds records for the most straws in the beard (312), the most pencils in the beard (456), the most chopsticks in the beard (520), and the most toothpicks in the beard (3500).

"The Fame Is Worth It"

Joel Strasser knows that his beard hanging is gaga and calls himself "crazy." Nevertheless, he encourages people to do the same: "Find something that interests you. Tell yourself you can do it. And practice until you get it." It takes a lot of patience for these "stupid things, but the fame is worth it."

The record in a new Christmas discipline seems almost inevitable: Strasser is already practicing how many candy canes he can put in his beard. In addition, he often uses his diaries to raise money for a good cause.
